“iCool recently completed an office fit-out project for HG Construction in Cambridgeshire. The Client and HG are delighted with the quality of the work, the programme and reasonable pricing. Mr Lawrence provided a first-rate design service, matched with good technical knowledge and specified high-quality products to match our requirements. All within our budgets. He always provided the resources as necessary and worked with the other trades to ensure the works were completed to the agreed timeline. We would be happy to use it again.”

“We have been working with iCool for ten years now since setting up our meat processing business and we have only good things to say. Whenever there has been a problem with any of our units iCool have been there certainly within the day, mostly within a couple of hours and have always solved any issues in a timely, professional manner, working around us and our operations whilst being incredible value for money. They really do go the extra mile and offer constructive advice to avoid future problems. We wouldn’t look to anybody else for our annual maintenance checks. Therefore, when opening our new café and farm shop business this year there was only one company we needed to talk to. Alex and his knowledgeable, committed team will not let you down.”

“We opened our new Wellybobs day Nursery building in May 2014 and consequently needed a state of the art heating and cooling system. We found when using iCool all of their engineers were smart, polite and very knowledgeable with their approach to the installation process. This continued through to the aftersales and servicing of the complete system. On a couple of occasions the Director of the business, Mr Alex Lawrence, has personally dealt with small issues on our units due to the extreme cold weather, which we couldn’t thank him enough due to the industry we are in.

“As the owner of a successful construction company in Hertfordshire, it was becoming increasingly obvious that greater temperature comfort conditions needed to be provided for our hard working staff. Through a personal recommendation, I contacted Alex at iCool, who promptly attended our offices to assess the current situation and propose a solution. We were experiencing overheating in the summer months and Alex’s proposal was to install heat pumps that would offer a cooling solution in the summer and a heating solution in the winter. A price, which seemed very reasonable, was agreed and iCool then undertook the installation under the supervision of Alex. The work was comleted out of hours with the minimum of inconvenience and the installation was finished in less than 2 weeks. We now enjoy ambient temperature conditions throughout the year and the added bonus of reduced utility bills. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and his company for any future installations.”

They provide a prompt, reliable service to ensure our production/office areas are kept cool at all times. We recently appointed iCool to install a new air-conditioning system within our switch room. The installation was completed and commissioned on time, within budget and to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending iCool.”

“We have worked with iCool since 2011 and they cover our sites nationally. Over this time period they have continued to respond quickly and deliver a service that has been cost effective. They recently completed a project on time and on budget costing £95,000.00, working in and around a production facility running at 100% capacity. I have full confidence in the engineers attending site due to the high level of diligence they have demonstrated in their approach. They have had no impact on our day to day operation, and I can safely say there is no better accolade than this.”

“We just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the hard work from you and the iCool team for our fantastic air con.
The service has been flawless from start to finish and every single member of the team has been professional, efficient and very friendly.
We particularly appreciate the kind, considerate manner of both Matt and Alex who fitted the units. They were true air con fairies – polite, reliable and incredibly clean. You wouldn’t even have known they were there!
Best of all, the whole family have had the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long, long time – all thanks to iCool. Thank you.”
