We know that sometimes things go wrong and that’s why we provide an emergency call out service that you can rely on. We have a dedicated emergency repair team that is able to respond to emergency repairs throughout the Yorkshire and Lancashire region, including York, Leeds, Bradford, Hull, Sheffield, Doncaster and Manchester. Our Southern team can also assist with any call outs in London, Hertfordshire and Cambridge.

Our emergency repairs service has been developed through our own customer service experiences and our knowledge within the market. We believe our service avoids those frustrating niggles and as such we:

Confirm our call out charges before an engineer is dispatched to ensure complete transparency between iCool and our clients
Let you know which member of our dedicated team will be responding to your call so you know who to expect when they arrive
Ensure call outs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner with an expected time of arrival
Ensure all of our vans are equipped with a number of spare parts so where necessary, and once confirmed with the client, a repair can be made on the same day
Ensure communication is maintained throughout the process as we understand just how important this is to our clients
